Diane Williams - Executive Director
Diane Williams has been the Executive Director of Pure Love Ministries since its inception in 2001.
"I love people and I believe in my heart that if we would show Pure Love this world would be a better place to live in," says Williams.
"I love to work with people that are less fortunate than I am. My work has been in Substance Abuse Prevention or the Health field for over 15 years. I currently am a Substance Abuse Counselor for Contra Costa County (since 1994) and am working as a certified Alcohol & Drug Specialist (CAS) through California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources out of Sacramento (CAARR) since 2000". Williams also earned certification as a Recovery Addiction Specialist (RAS) counselor in 2005.
Williams has been a Police Chaplain for the City of Richmond since 2001 and for over 13 years has had a bible study ministry at San Quentin, West County Jail and the Richmond Rescue Mission.
Williams is also an elder at the New Life Christian Assembly, 255 16th St., in Richmond, CA.

She is the mother of two handsome sons. She has been a resident of Contra Costa County for over 50 years.
Gary Muccular - Director
“Pure Love was birthed out of the love of God shown to me. It changed my life and I am determined to share it with men that are willing to accept it” says Gary Muccular. “It was the life stages from boyhood, to manhood, to husband, to fatherhood that led to my call to priesthood. It was by the grace of God that this burden was given to me to help men.”
Muccular was born in Oakland, CA. He attended Richmond schools from K – 12 graduating from Harry Ellis High. He is presently employed as a roof maintenance worker with the WCCC Unified School District – 32 years of service.
Muccular has served as a youth pastor for 17 years and is presently serving as senior elder (in-house pastor) at New Life Christian Assembly Church in Richmond.
Married for 29 years (and counting) his wife and he have raised two sons, a daughter and a niece. They are very proud of their very accomplished children, who work in the social work, music, medical and technical fields.
